Summarizing a sales table

Hi all

I have a sales table that I need to summarixe........ any help would be awesome

For each sale there can be up to 4 people receiving commission, thereofore 4 sales reps columns and 4 commision value columns.

What I need is to be able to pull the commission for each rep from all of the four columns and represent it as a single value for each rep.

The best I can do so far is 4 pivots which each sum the value on the commission for each rep

The solution needs to be dynamic and not just a once off coz the person using the spreadsheet has less excel skills than me!!!
