Retrieve values in another workbook based on conditions (No VBA)

Hi,

I'm looking for a formula (Non-VBA) to retrieve specific values in a row based on 2 conditions. Formula on one workbook retrieves values in another workbook.
Please have a look at the example sheet I've made.

were did you want the formula, were did you want the formula to reference to, what two conditions does it have to meet.

Hi Peter,
Formula is in File 2 (see example sheet) and referenced to File 1.
Conditions are "Play" (under Action column) and "Team1 (or 2)" (under Team column).
