vlookup from multiple filters

Hi all,

I'm trying to derive a max value from a range but I need to filter the range first?

example data:

Date&Time Value
20100910 18:45 3285
20100910 18:46 3689
20100910 18:47 3531
20100910 18:48 2741
20100910 18:49 3575
20100910 18:50 3288
20100913 15:21 3058
20100913 15:22 4100
20100913 15:23 3721
20100913 15:24 3067
20100913 15:25 3315
20100913 15:26 3839
20100913 15:27 4286
20100913 15:28 4846
20100913 15:29 3652

I need to find the timestamps for the max values for each day? Answer should look something like this:

Date&Time Value
20100910 18:46 3689
20100913 15:28 4846

Any thoughts?
