Excel 2007 : Help with IF statements

I want to make a formula:
That if the Current time is Between 6:00 am and 10:00 am then display "Breakfast"
if the current time is between 10:01 and 11:59 then display "Lunch"
if the current time is between 12:00 noon and 22:00 then display "dinner"
anyone now how to help

Set a cell say A1

Name the range of Cell A1 as Timer. Then here is the formula

Maybe a simple lookup formula ( see attached)
