Finding the value from the list parts and insert extra part in the list

I have created 3 list i.e.List no.1 to 3.There are so many parts having in each list.Now,I want to lookup the value of a part ( part indicate in the cell of A4~A58 ), value in the cell F4 ( denotes the parts appearing in the list cell E4) and etc.My expected result are in C4 to C58.Is it possible through VLOOKUP or any other excel formulas?

Also ,I want insert the extra parts ( appearing in the cell E12~E14 ) in the same list ( E4 ~ E6 ).Is it possible.If yes,then,How?
