    Question Excel Ranking Tie problem

    Hi there

    I have a problem with a ranking in a excel sheet, tried to find a solution on google but could'nt find it. So I hope u guys could help me out.

    The problem is that I have a ranking problem with a tie:
    eg:

    ranking name perc.
    1 tom 30%
    2 peter 29%
    4 jess 25%
    4 nelly 25%

    Like u see the ranking jumps from 2 to 4, but I want a 3th place instead of a 4th place for "jess" & "nelly". How should I do this?
