    Data comparison / Extraction

    Hello,

Hope you guys can help, cause I just cant find a solution. I'm also a newbie in Excel formulas / macroing.

    I attached a workbook with 2 sheets:

    1. Data Purchases
    2. Order Planning

Both are some extraction ( concatenated ) from SQL database. First sheet has details about received purchase orders for our raw material used in production, with the dates we actually received them. Second sheet has all the raw materials we miss to finish the production orders in the factory, with the due dates of the production orders. I need that for each item in column A, Order Planning sheet, to return in the column F of the same sheet, the maximum of the column B, Data Purchases sheet. Then substract the number of days ( column E minus column F, Order Planning sheet, to find out the delay between last purchase order and due dates of the production orders in the factory that need that certain raw material) and put them in the column G, Order planning sheet. I made a lil example of what I want, of course, by hand, in the workbook.

I dont know if I make sense at all. I'm not a native english speaker. Sorry for any mistakes.

Any help will be highly appreciated. Cookies and gratitude.

    Thanks alot.
