I am using Excel 2007 and ran into printing problem. I noticed some cells do not get printed in a sheet. They just remain blank. Any idea..?
Thank you
Sarah

Have you set the Print Range?
Maybe you could post the workbook ... you'd get a quicker and more relevant answer.

Hi TM,
Yes I did set print area. But still it does not print few random cells. I can not upload the sheet because of the info.
I will keep trying.
thank you
Sarah
If they don't get printed, it's probably not because of the sensitive data they contain. Put in random stuff.

What is the Print Range set to? And which cells don't print?

TN & SHG,
I am attaching a sheet. The ones in Red do not get printed.
thanks
Sarah
I don't see anything red, and everything I do see prints ...
ditto

Hi SHG & TM,
I think I found out. The row height has to do with it, if the row ht. is too small to accommodate the font size it just omits printing.
I am wondering why you guys did not notice the red color on those cells.
Anyway it seems I have taken care of it.
thank you.
Sarah
Nope, no hidden row, no rows that don't fit the text ... I made sure all rows were visible and set the row height to 42 (so, quite high) ... and no red cells.
Is the example you posted the same as the thing you're looking at?
I only ask out of interest ... glad you have resolved your problem :-)
Regards
