Prefix before RAND

Good morning all

I have a RAND formula that will give me a Random name, we use it for a competition that will automatically generate a radom name using the formula

but that i want to do before it gives me a Random name is to put a ? in the cell then when i press the macro button to generate the name the name displays. As i said the RAND formula is fine, i just want a ? before i press the button
