Consolidate Function

Hello-Thank you for viewing my post.

Each tab contains a list of tasks for each employee and the hour(s) that they spent on each task. My goal is to consolidate all the data to another tab. I tried the consolidate function but it only sums the hour(s). Please let me know where I went wrong. Thank you very much.
