Return results based on rows and columns.

I need to lookup and return results based on criteria on rows and columns. Attached is a sample of the file and I appreciate any help.

The way I would go about this is to add a formula on each tab in A14 with A12:A13 equaling the value selected on the Total sheet A2:B2 and then perform a sum on the Total sheet spanning across all the Case tabs.

adjust ranges to suit...

Assumes reference sheetnames all begin with "Case" and the "1:3" indicates that you have 3 sheets.. adjust that too.
