How to find a column in of numbers in another column

Hi,

Kindly go through the below stated situation:

I have two columns of numbers, Data 1 column and Data 2 column.

"Data 1" contains numbers that are present in "Data 2" but some numbers in "Data 2" column are unique which can not be found in "Data 1" column.

Now, I want to know which numbers of "Data 2" column are present in "Data 1" and delete them from "Data 1" column.

I have attached the sample.

Kindly suggest me what should we do.
