Formula to Add Movement to a Cell

I have a form on Excel where the info shows up every 55 rows that I would like to put on another spread sheet.

Is there a formula where I can, say, start with A1 in the new spreadsheet and type ='Book1'!B6 and than in B1 of the new spreadsheet type something that what show me the data in B61?
