Macro assigned to button with change of tab name

Macro button to move to named tab. How can I assign the tab name to the button. If I change the tab name "Jones" to "Franks" the macro button want work. How can I make the Macro change to the name "Franks" with out going into the Macros?

If you use the sheet number as in " Sheet2.Select" then changing the sheet tab name will not matter.
