Converting Word Document to Excel with some calculation built in

    Hi guys,

I am trying to convert the attached Word document into Excel and retain the same formatting.

What I would like to build in is the calculation option for check boxes where by if a particular check box is selected, it will automatically calculate the points (mentioned underneth the check box) and return the total value of all check boxes under the section in "PAYROLL TAX" where it says total points.

It doesnt have to be check boxes, it could also be radio buttons. Whatever works easier.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Why chamge it to Excel. If you want to change it then make a start by doing the input & formatting in Excel, we aren't going to do all the work
    Hope that helps.

Hi Roy. Thank you for your comment. I have got it all formatted into excel and will upload that file soon.

My question however was not about someone doing all the work for me. Rather, i was looking for ideas and suggestions as to how i could implement the same into excel and get all the calculations automated.

I do not want to leave it in word as it does not achieve what i have stated I want it to achieve.

    Cheers.
