Multiple Row Data Field
Have a problem. I have a large data group (like below) with 2 row data groups that I need to be able to sort by group. i.e be able to sort the data below by hire date.
Name Last/
First/Date Hired/Date Vacation/Department/A Training/B Training/C Training
Smith/1/12/2008/1/1/2009/Office/Yes/Yes/No
Joe/2/1/2009/3/5/2009/White/2/21/2006/1/1/2007/Plant/Yes/No/Yes
Mary/2/1/2009/4/10/2007
Whats the best way to show everyone what I'm talking about. Can I copy and paste part of the table in this post?
The best way is to attach an example Excel sheet. (Go Advanced>Manage Attachments). It sounds like you might want to look into pivot Tables.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires

Added file example and I don't think pivot will help on this one
If you little modify the data(as i have altered), pivot will help for sure
