Excel workbook won't maximize for Full screen

I was working in the excel workbook and I sent it via email to someone. I closed the excel down, opened it back up and the workbook wont show full screen. I can't get it back to normal. There are no options either to make it larger.

have you tried double clicking the title bar, the one with the spreadsheets name?

Looks like you protected the workbook windows.

Wow, that was it. I hit unprotect and it works now.
