How to show data based on search criteria

Hi all,
this is very complicated. As I want to have a search table, to show those data (base on search) in a Master table.

Refer to attachment, there are several question describing my need.

Hopefully there are solution for all of it

Sorry, I was unnecessarily complicate while it can be much easier so you can adopt it for your solution.

However, it doesn't work for numbers so need more improvements.
