How to generate a short random list from a long static list

I have a list of stock symbols in column A that is 450 rows deep. The stock symbols can be alphabetized, but I'd rather have them not alphabetized. What I'd like to do is generate a random list of 60 symbols in column C, so that every time the worksheet is recalculated, 60 randomly generated symbols appear in row C1 through C60.

Is this possible to do somehow with a combination of lookup and randbetween formulas?

You either quit or become really good at it. There are no other choices.
