Excel 2007 : Add according to a range of dates

Hi how are you?

I need your help for next problem:

For example i want a summary of all the animals came by dialing from 08/01/2008 to 08/01/2009 and brand HC.
I wish I could choose a filter options summary.
I am using SUM IF SET but I want to add according to the date range you choose the "From" and "To"

I put the file for review.
