    Look Up Funtion or If or?

    Good afternoon all, sorry for whats probably a newbie question...

    I'm trying to put together a formula that reads if a cell A1 is between a certain range it displays a grade in cell B1 and so forth.. Please see the attached sheet. Can anyone help? I tried using IF but as soon as i exceed 7 statements it's game over.
