In windows explorer you can see when it was LAST MODIFIED and the OWNER, today the OWNER

Can the OWNER and DATE MODIFIED change if you look at the spreadsheet but not change anything, I tried to do this and nothing happened, it only changed when I saved it.

from what i can gether the author is the creator, and the owner is the last person to edit it, is this correct!
