Excel IF

Hello,

New to forum and I searched, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I am not new to excel, but it seems like I have forgotten a lot since school.

Attached is my spreadsheet and I was hoping you all could help me figure this out.


I am trying to fill in the elevations on Sheet 1 under column H. In
order to do that I need to check the Volumes in Column G against the
volumes in Column K.

For example for Cell H 192 on Sheet 1, I want to check and see if the
value in Cell G 192 is less than the value in K193 and greater than the
value in K192. If it falls between those two values I want it to insert
the elevation in J192 into cell H192. If it does not then I want to move
down and check to see if it is less than the value in K194 and greater
than the value in K193, if it is then I want it to insert the elevation
in J193 into H192. If not then I want it to keep going down the list and
checking til it finds the elevation that it falls between.

I will be doing this for all of column H.

Any help would be appreciated.
