Making my cell have 2 =IF solutions.

Hi, Im trying to make a formula in my cell give me 2 possible outcomes based on 2 different initial values.

    This is the current formula.

    =IF(D3>0,(D3-1.99)*0.0525,0)

So if i type 26.98 in D3 it would do the following 26.98-1.99*0.0525=1.31

But what i would like this formula to do is if i type any value above 15 it does the above formula but if i type in a value below 15 is does the above but without -1.99.

    example:

value typed is 26.98 answer in cell = 1.31
    but if
value typed is 4.50 answer in cell = 0.24

    Many thanks.
