You will need a VBA or addin function for that...
Try adding this code to your VB editor (ALT+F11, Insert|Module)
then put this formula in N2:![]()

confirm it with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER and not just ENTER.. and copy down.![]()

I guess I shouldn't have said...should have said that it would be easier or more practical with the udf...You will need a VBA or addin function for that...I am used to seeing this kind of problem expand to multiple more concatenations then the given samples show...
Guys,
You both are brilliant.
I have tried both and those are working perfect.
Thank you very much to solve my problem

Just for comparison, my solution places each month in its own cell (from highest % to lowest).
=IF(AND(COUNTIF($B2:$M2,">= 1.50")<COLUMNS($A$1:A1),COLUMNS($A$1:A1)=1),"Non Seasonal",IF(COUNTIF($B2:$M2,">= 1.50")<COLUMNS($A$1:A1),"",TEXT(INDEX($B$1:$M$1,MATCH(LARGE($B2:$M2,COLUMNS($A$1:A1)),$B2:$M2,0)),"mmmm"))) dragged right and down.
