    Question 360 Review Results Formatting

    Hey guys/gals,

I am doing a small 360 review from an online form and formatting the results into a nice looking report. the results come into exel like sheet 1 of the uploaded file. On Sheet 2 is a Pivot table using Sheet 3 which is a little more organized version of Sheet 1.

My problem is trying to average out the result for each question by question for who is being review and who reviewed them. So it would maybe look like the bottom of Sheet 1.

I admittedly have not much experience with pivot tables and when I try and organize it like that to get some cogent looking data it gets very muddled and layered very awkwardly. I am even less talented at Macro's or If statements and if there is a way to just add up the amount of times that a certain person and certain reviewer but a certain answer with an =Count type statement then let me know. I appreciate any help or tips on this. Thank you all ver much in advance.
