How to copy data into excel ?

Hi,

I have a table in a web page.

I want to copy its column data into a excel sheet .

How do I do it ?


(I want to copy into excel because I'll do auto sum column wise data to calculate total of column data )

I'm using Office Excel 2007

Its a pop up page . ....and password protected.

I tried importing though ( under DATA>From Web) ...but after login home page did not appear inside excel.....so this may not be a workaround.
