    Transfer raw data to table

    Hi,

I am trying to analyse some stats for our company. The stats come from a telephone system. The way the system reports the stats is largely useless for our uses. I have managed to find the raw data that the system generates (which are in Access Databases - Access 98 i believe, as the telephone system is somewhat antiquated).

Anyway, I can easily copy and paste the stats from these databases in Excel, but I want to make them into a little more user friendly.

A picture is worth a thousand words, especially in this case,so see below:

I know this is probably really simple, but I am useless with Excel (despite my job being IT...)..

Also, I do this needs to be idiot proof (as it will be non-techies using it), to the point where anyone without any Excel knowledge can just copy and paste the raw data in and have the stats generated automatically or at the click of a button.

    Any help greatly appreciated!
