Table troubles

I am attaching my table. I cannot figure out how to draw this info simply because they do not all have the same options. I want two drop down columns one for the name (vertical) and one for the finish(horizontal) to draw from this table and show the price in the third column. The trick is to only show the finishes in the second drop down that are available for the name that is chosen.
