    Combining IF formulas

I posted earlier but it seems I have few more scenarios than I thought.. Is there a way to put a formula with below reasononing?

    1) if Q1=0 AND Q2=0 and Cost ABS> 1,000 then comment: "W"
    2) if Q1=0 AND Q2=0 and Cost ABS< 1,000 then comment: "X"
    3) if Q1<>0 and = Q2<>0 irrelevant of the Cost then comment: "Y"
    4) if Q1<>Q2 irrelevant of the Cost then comment: "Z"

    Thanks so much
    -Danny

Re: combining IF formulas - part 2

    Try perhaps:

    =IF(B2<>C2,"Z",IF(B2+C2=0,IF(ABS(D2)>1000,"W","X"),"Y"))
Where there is a will there are many ways.

I am having one problem though. It will not let me record the macro.. When I write the code in a cell and press Enter, it gives me error> "Unable to Record"

I want to put a macro for one cell then double click the cell so it auto populates the rows below..

Is Choose function not allowed in macros?
