    Averages and vlookup solution?

I just can’t get passed nested if statements.

Can anyone help solve my attached problem?

    Thanks.

Are you looking to interpolate or find the intersect ?

(ie are the values in M3 & M5 to be exact matches to the header values in the table)

    Woops, forgot to sepcify that.

M3 may not be an exact match.

For example, a input into M3 may be "0.22" but would fall into the "D" column.

Input into "M5" will always fall into rows 5 to 11.

I have tried to mimic the formula in cell R7 supplied by zbor, in R25

But can't seem to nail it
