Pasting table from another appliction >wanting to avoid parsing >Source specific problem?

So I am copying and pasting out of a Citrix application that has worked in the past really well. I built a macro where the query in Citrix works perfectly after pasting but now it is coming out really weird. Since this is a repetitive process I don't want to have to every time go to text to columns and then reassemble the data where it should go as some of the columns are being split and combined in odd places. The rows are coming out fine though.

Any idea on how to improve the copying and pasting in the correct columns and rows or is it always a source problem. It was working fine yesterday.....

you need to find out what has changed from your import yesterday then rework your macro to counter for the change

Find the repetition pattern recognition and work your macro accordingly
sometimes it is harder than it sounds thought it is find it very hard to advise without any actual data
