Good Morning to all from India!

This is my first post here, and I am very new to excel and have never done any macros or VBA before.

I am making an excel workbook, where the final output will be a timetable for 7 different days. There are 3 different activities that have to be spread over 7 days, as chosen by the student. Each of the 3 different activities have a different set of mathematical calculations which arrive at a different final value. This final value needs to be displayed in the timetable.

I have 2 questions:

1. When the student selects the day and the activity in the :admission form", how can I have 7 different outputs for each day which link the activity selection and the day of the week (For example: Sheet 1 is for Sunday and trekking, Sheet 2 is for Monday and Football, sheet 3 is for Rest day etc)

2. How can I have excel automatically use the final value after the mathematical calculation which relates to the chosen activity for that day, in the output?
