how to automate transpose over multiple xls files

I have a question and want to find a solution to;

I got an excel file with 2 sheets.
In sheet 1 I have data spread over 10 columns. (column headers)
In sheet 2 I have the data spread over 4 rows. ( row headers)

Problem, how to automate to transpose the data in sheet 2 so it have column headers as well.
How to copy and append that data from sheet 2 to sheet 1 starting at column 11
