Dependent dropdown from a sorted list.

I have two columns on sheet 2 with data. For this example, we'll say that column 1 has job titles and column 2 has job responsibilities. I'm trying to create a drop down list on sheet 1 where you can choose a job title to reveal its responsibility.

The problem is that there are multiple responsibilities for each job title, so I cannot use VLOOKUP as there are multiple cells for each job title. How can I create a drop down that will bring up all cells that I want associated with that value?
