I unfortunitely don't know a ton about pivot tables..

I have been asked to conditionally format a pivot table. I have a column for '# of hours" that I would like to color if it's over a certain number. I am using a lookup formula to pull that number from a different worksheet. I must do this because it's based on information in a different column in the pivot chart.

To make this question easier lets say I have a column for HOURS and a column for ALLOWABLE HOURS in my pivot table. How do I set up the conditional formatting to look at each of those columns row by row (at least where there is information) and compare the two to decide on a format?
