Excel 2007 : Show the sum of whats deducted

Hello,
i want to take away 20% from B1 and show the deducted amount in B3

i.e. if B1=1000 then i wont to show in B3=200. I can get it to show 800 which is the amount after the 20% is taken away but this isn't really any good for me any help would be greatly received

=B1*20%

Am I missing something?
