Ignoring a blank field in form

I am in desperate need of help.

Previous Price Newly Negotiated Price Per Unit Savings Extended Savings
    112.5 112.5 (112.50)

I need a formula for the above scenario. Previous price cell is blank, but new price is populated. How can I get the per unit savings cell to reflect 0. I also need this formula to carry down the sheet for cells where there is a previous price provided. I am thinking it's an IF formula, but not sure. Please help! This is driving me crazy. Way too much time spent on this alrerady.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
