Decimal placement

Hello there,
I received help earlier with a formula but now I cannot seem to get my decimal placed properly. I have the cell formatted as a percentage with 3 decimal points.

Here's the formula in my cell:
=IF(C7="Wells Fargo", 0.25,IF(C7="Freedom",IF(OR(C8={"FHA-Streamline","FHA-Purchase","FHA-Straight Refi"}),0.375,0),0))

This worked to return the correct value but now my cell is showing 37.500 instead of 0.375 and 25.000 instead of 0.25.

This happens when I enter .375 instead of 0.375 in any cell. I don't know why, I just know that when I am manually entering info, I need to enter a Zero before my decimal point.

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!!

Change the format from Percentage to Number and set the decimal places to three.

Wow... that was easy.
I just added a percentage sign to the formula part so that my form looked uniform and I'm set.
