Auto Subject & Body email hyperlink ?

    Hello all,

    Thanks for reading..

I was wondering if there was a way if: I click on a cell, it automatically opens a new email, with the cell contents as the subject line and a generic message for the body?

    Is this possible?

Right now, if I create a hyperlink in excel it opens a new mail message for me, but does not fill in the subject or body...

    Thanks again..

I used this formula in google spreadsheet with Google chrome browser and Microsoft Outlook 2007 as my default email client

    =HYPERLINK("mailto:test@gmail.com?subject=test","test")

Observe that after executing the above formula, subject of the mail is not pre-populated with the data given

Issue is observed when i was trying with different browsers...

    Please reply me fast..
