Re: How to Define Auto Color Rows

    Hello VICTOR5,

    Possible!
You have mentioned dates in G & H column with 2010 as year.
However, the dates in rowno. 6, column 'K' onwards are enetered with year as 2020.
You need to re-set the year to 2010.

Then you can use 'Conditional Formating' option
    Select New Rule
Select Rule Type - Use a formula to determine which cells to format
In Edit the Rule Description enter $G$6=$K$6
then save the rule and use Format Painter opiton to copy this conditional formatting to other cells in that row no 6
similarly, you can set the rule for all the rows.

I hope this may resolve the issue. Pl revert.

I had downloaded your file and applied the changes and the first cell has been highlighted automatically with yellow colour. Check it out.

I agree that using a formula as condition is the right solution.
The formula should test if the value in row 2 is in the interval between col G an H right?
    This seems to work:

Yes, absolutely. In the conditional formatting settings you choose what you want to happen whwn conditions are met, in this case blue background colour.

    See attachment.
