    Possible!
    You have mentioned dates in G & H column with 2010 as year.
    However, the dates in rowno. 6, column 'K' onwards are enetered with year as 2020.
    You need to re-set the year to 2010.

    Then you can use 'Conditional Formating' option
    Select New Rule
    Select Rule Type - Use a formula to determine which cells to format
    In Edit the Rule Description enter $G$6=$K$6
    then save the rule and use Format Painter opiton to copy this conditional formatting to other cells in that row no 6
    similarly, you can set the rule for all the rows.

    I hope this may resolve the issue. Pl revert.
