    Excel User Group

I'm an IT assistant at a Limousine company. We have our default rate tables set up in a series of excel spreadsheets, and we have been trying to set them up so that we can see WHO was the last person to alter the file, in addition to what date and time. I was thinking we could do it with our user group, so I tried " =getname ( "Windows") in the actual spreadsheet. Im lost, so is there anyone who could offer some insight on this?
