MS Office 2010 password error

Dear Friends,
I am having a big problem in front of me and couldn’t find any solution. Someone might have faced same problem so if you have any idea please write me. I am using MS Office 2010 and prepared few worksheets containing important data at the same time, MS Word files too. I set passwords to open and edit those files but two days back my word and excel files are not opening and showing error “The password you supplied is not correct. Verify that the CAPS LOCK key is off and be sure to use the correct capitalization”. I enter password correctly, and it is not happening with one or two files but all of them and same error message. I would be thankful if you write me.
