swapping of cells under certain condition

I am attaching the sheet.

My problem is to sort the data in coloumn A and B as following.

Excel will run through Coloumn B, search on a key word which I will give , in this case it is "YNB", If it finds this in any cell, it will swap that cell with the corresponding cell in Coloumn A.

In the same sheet, I have also pasted the desired result.


I prefer formula or command by Excel, if not then a MACRO might help.
