Chart data and axis labels

Hi all

I'm attempting to create that will help me to analyse business factors.

The chart format is succesful and is what I want, however it is the labeling that has thrown me for a loop.

How do I place a label on each data entry? For example, instead of the numeric value currently displayed, I owuld like to show the business factor it relates to.

Additionally, instead of -6 to +6, I would simply like to replace with Low to High.
