created Drop Down List

I have a drop down list I created in cell: B3. I have another drop down in cell: B7 that has all my other info that goes with each zone. I've been trying to figure out how I can get the drop down in B7 to just bring back certain criteria when you select an item in the first drop down list B3.
Example when I select Zone 1 in B3, B7 will only show me (602000,602600,603000,603700,605500)

Select Zone 2, (605000,605100,605200 and so on.)

I tried to use data validation but no luck so far. Also I have included a test book to look at.
