Leave Planner

need help in creating a leave planner for my team. There are currently 45-50 engineers. I want to automate the entire sheet. However, i am pretty new to excel so dont know how to do it. I want that if an employee wants to apply for leave in for eg. August and then september, he just enters the dates and it gets marked automatically. It does work but only for one month.
