Getting rid of ? in white blocks

I have a number of cells that have a question mark inside a little white block. I want to get rid of them all at once but I don't know how to search for them with Ctrl+H or Ctrl+F. Is there a way to wipe them all out at once?

They could be carriage returns or something else. Post a workbook.

They're tab characters. In B1 and copy down, =CLEAN(A1)
