Angled text to html

I've achieved angled column heading using Format-Alignment-and specifying the degree of orientation. It looks perfect in ".xls" file.
However, when i save it as a html, this angle gets lost in translation. it just shows a rectangle cell with horizontal text in html.

I would appreciate if someone can help me achieve the "angled text box with angled text" even when saved as html.

It looks like you need to pay to get the macro.
So running a custom macro is the only way for this?
